Delivery Coverage
Tendsmall Ltd currently delivers orders within the United Kingdom. Orders placed through tendsmall.com will be processed and dispatched from our fulfilment facilities and delivered to customers located within the UK.
Delivery Rates and Timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders Monday through Friday using a standard delivery service. Most orders are delivered within approximately 24–48 hours from dispatch. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. Customers located in remote regions, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, islands, or other extended delivery zones, may experience slightly longer delivery times.
During periods of high demand, seasonal peaks, or adverse weather conditions, delivery services may take longer than usual. In such cases, customers are advised to allow up to two to three days from dispatch for their order to arrive.
Shipping costs and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Subscription Orders
If you have subscribed to recurring deliveries through our website, you will receive a reminder email prior to your next scheduled shipment. This notification allows you time to review or adjust your subscription.
Customers may modify, pause, or cancel their subscription by accessing their account or contacting our support team before the next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, it may no longer be possible to make changes to that shipment.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict safety and quality standards, returned food products cannot be resold. For this reason, we generally do not accept physical product returns.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution. Our goal is to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience while maintaining the highest standards for product safety.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed over to the delivery service, it can no longer be cancelled.
For subscription orders, cancellation requests must be made before the next scheduled shipment is processed. Customers may manage these changes through their account or by contacting our support team.
