These Terms of Sale explain how orders are placed, accepted, fulfilled, cancelled, returned and refunded when you buy TENDS™ products through www.tendsmall.com.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

These Terms apply alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy + Cookies Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, Refund Policy and Product Disclaimer.

The seller of record depends on the delivery country selected at checkout.

For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, you are buying from TENDSMALL LTD.

For orders delivered in India, you are buying from Kariva Plant Bakes Pvt. Ltd.

Your order confirmation, invoice, payment route, fulfilment, delivery support and customer care may therefore differ depending on whether your order is placed for delivery in the United Kingdom or India.

  1. Products covered by these Terms

These Terms apply to products sold through www.tendsmall.com, including food, hydration sachets, treats, topical care products, bundles, launch kits, sample kits, limited drops and any other TENDS™ products made available through the website.

Some products are consumable, hygiene-sensitive or quality-controlled goods. This affects how returns, replacements and refunds are handled.

  1. Orders and order acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
Your order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

  • We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • the order contains an error in price, product information or availability;

  • payment is not authorised;

  • delivery is not available to the address provided;

  • the order appears fraudulent, abusive or placed for resale without permission;

  • we are unable to fulfil the order for operational, regulatory or stock-control reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method where possible.

  1. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency applicable to the customer’s selected country or checkout region.

UK prices and India prices may differ due to taxes, duties, fulfilment costs, distribution arrangements, local pricing requirements, promotions, stock availability and market-specific costs.

For India, products may be displayed or sold with applicable MRP information where required.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment providers may differ by country.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, bundles, delivery charges and product availability at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted by us unless there has been an obvious error.

  1. Product availability and stock allocation

TENDS™ is a small-batch brand. Product availability may be limited by manufacturing schedules, import timelines, fulfilment capacity, regulatory requirements or demand.

We may limit quantities, restrict sales to certain regions, pause products, reserve stock for existing customers, or withdraw products from sale at any time. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee continuous availability.

  1. Priority Stock Access

TENDS™ may offer priority stock access to selected, returning or regular customers.

Priority Stock Access is designed to help us safeguard available stock for customers who rely on TENDS™ regularly, especially where lead times are longer or stock is limited. Priority Stock Access is not a subscription unless expressly stated at checkout. It does not automatically create recurring billing, automatic delivery, guaranteed indefinite supply, fixed pricing or permanent product reservation. Where any recurring payment, automatic renewal or subscription arrangement is offered in the future, the relevant terms will be made clear before the customer signs up.

  1. Delivery and fulfilment

Delivery terms vary by country.

UK orders are fulfilled by TENDSMALL LTD or its appointed UK fulfilment partner.

India orders are fulfilled by Kariva Plant Bakes Pvt. Ltd. or its appointed India delivery partner.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, address errors, customs or import processes, weather, public holidays, stock movement, regional delivery limitations or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery details provided by the customer.

  1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@tendsmall.com.

We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been processed, packed, dispatched or handed to a delivery partner.

For UK customers, this does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that may apply to eligible unopened goods purchased online.

For India customers, cancellations are subject to the order status and the India cancellation, refund and delivery terms displayed or linked at checkout.

  1. Returns

Because TENDS™ products include pet food, drink powders, treats and topical care products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, unsealed, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise unsuitable for resale for hygiene, safety or quality-control reasons. This policy helps protect product safety, storage integrity and customer trust. Unopened returns, where legally required or accepted by us, must be unused, sealed, in original condition and returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, expired, misdescribed or otherwise not supplied in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Refunds and replacements

We will review refund or replacement requests where:

  • the product arrives damaged;

  • the product is defective;

  • the wrong product was sent;

  • an item is missing from the order;

  • the product is expired at delivery;

  • the product is materially different from what was ordered.


We may ask for photographs, batch details, delivery packaging, proof of purchase or other reasonable information to help us investigate.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank or local payment route. Further refund details are set out in our Refund Policy.

  1. Product use and suitability

TENDS™ products must be used according to the product label, feeding guide, usage instructions, storage instructions and any guidance provided on the website. Our products and website content are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Customers should consult a veterinarian before using a product where their dog has a diagnosed medical condition, is on medication, is pregnant or lactating, has known allergies or sensitivities, is under veterinary supervision, or has specific nutritional needs.

Individual results may vary. Acceptance, digestion, stool quality, coat condition, hydration behaviour and other outcomes can vary depending on the dog, transition, feeding amount, existing diet, health status and environment.

  1. Promotions, bundles, gifts and samples

We may offer promotions, bundles, free gifts, sample kits, launch kits, PR kits or limited-time offers.

These may be subject to separate terms, availability, eligibility criteria, quantity limits, expiry dates or regional restrictions.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional items, samples, PR products and not-for-resale items have no cash value and may not be eligible for return, exchange or refund except where required by applicable law.

  1. Customer responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • you are buying for personal use and not unauthorised resale;

  • you will follow product labels, storage instructions and usage guidance;

  • you will check ingredients before use if your dog has known allergies or sensitivities;

  • you will contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.

  1. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by misuse, incorrect storage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised resale, or events outside our reasonable control.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version available on our website when your order is placed, unless a change is required by law or regulatory requirement.

India customer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and will be aimed to be resolved within 30 days of receipt, where reasonably possible.

  1. Governing law and customer rights

For UK customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and UK consumer rights apply where applicable.

For India customers, India-specific sales, fulfilment, consumer care and complaint handling will be managed by Kariva Plant Bakes Pvt. Ltd., and applicable Indian consumer protection requirements apply.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country of purchase.
